Bonjour/Hi – my name is Angela and I’m a Montréal-based ceramicist. I’ve been making creative messes since I was a child, and I’m glad welcome you to my corner of the ceramics world. Here at DEMIPINTEcreations, I’m focused on sharing the love of pottery and slow living through unique items that turn everyday moments into occasions of joy.
I began my journey in ceramic arts in 2015 right here in Montréal. I was formed as a student potter by Nicolas Ouellet, Québécois ceramicist and cultural mediator, and then by Joe Rafla of the Montréal ceramics workshop FabArgile.
Currently, I am a proud member of Céramique Centrale in Verdun, founded in 2024 by Lukus Uhlman. It’s my home away from home, a nurturing space with a supportive community of fellow ceramicists that has empowered me to bring DEMIPINTEcreations to life.
my creations
All the ceramics I sell are crafted by hand in small batches, during a production cycle that lasts several weeks. There might be slight differences among wares of the same type, but you can always count on each one having my signature style, standard of excellence, and the occasional dash of sass.
